at greater heights than radiohead (which i love). hear it at the first time, and it is strange. hear it for the fityfirst time an you make new discoveries. absolutely superb. a record for the rest of your life.

...which traslates as 'an alright start'; this is neither a start nor merely alright. This is more than music; this is a soul enriching journey. I swear that after hearing this your perception of what an album should be will be altered. Instead of focussing on songs with a retail value, choruses, marketable titles and lyrics, this is a record that is simply about music and the meaning of the music. No wonder Cameron Crowe (director of Vanilla Sky) said it was an album that inspired him to push creative norms and create one of the most memorable films of recent years.
This is astonishing. Young, old, music lover or novice this is an album you must have. You simply must.
