5.0 out of 5 stars Comedy, Adventures, Teenagers, Mexico, Girls and..., 14 Feb 2004
By A Customer
One of the first films of Tom Cruise while he looks so young. The film is about three American high school students who decide to travel to Mexico and have some new experience .It is not only an adventure film as a teen comedy but also it is about different cultures and societies that you should be aware when you travel abroad; otherwise you will face a lot of problems. So, I strongly recommend you to see it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not a nice film, 1 Sep 2004
By David Robinson (Eastbourne, East Sussex United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
With people like Shelley Long and Tom Cruise in it you would expect it to be a good film but it isnt. This is so out of character for Shelley Long that I cannot understand why she was in it. Three youngsters going from the USA to Mexico and are involved in stealing, drug taking and immorality with prostitutes is not my idea of entertainment and I am not a prude but there was just nothing nice or funny about this film as far as I am concerned. If this was a springboard for Tom Cruisaes future stardome then I give up.
