Product Description

Amazon.co.uk Review

Any blockbuster new children's movie must come with a host of ancillary tie-in products to keep the kiddies occupied--hence 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue. It's an almost surprisingly playable game, though--playing as either puppy Oddball or Domino, you're out to rescue your brothers and sisters from cages within Cruella DeVille's factory.

On each board, your goal is to find the key and avoid the baddies, which run the gamut from odd monkeys, Donkey Kong-like barrels, robo-dogs, putt-putt blimps, and Cruella herself, usually puttering around in a jalopy. Being a puppy, your only means of defence are a surprisingly agile vertical leap and some sort of super-bark, which stuns all comers (even the jalopy!). Run into the baddies too many times, and it's back into the cage for your puppy. For a Game Boy game, the levels are diverse, keeping the challenge fresh. --Randy Silver

Product Description

Based on the feature film, 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue will put you in the role of Oddball or Domino in a quest to rescue the rest of the Dalmatians from Cruella's toy factory. The game contains 16 levels that are full of crazy villains, including Cruella herself. After you've beaten her, enjoy two minigames: Color Matching and Picture Matching.

I got a GameBoy and this game for Christmas, and its excellent. The dalmations have real character, the animation is amazing and there is some great action.

Everyone will enjoy this game!

I have this game and I wasn't very impressed - it has good graphics and lots of levels, but it gets repetitive after a while. It also has a password function which I fiddled with. Soon I found the password for the last level, completed it and got the password for the mini games. I now only go on it to play the 2 mini games - the best thing about it, I guess. It's an all round good game but not for those seeking fun and adventure - buy it for your younger cousins and siblings, then borrow it when they're done to play the mini games!
