This product almost made me make a hole in my study floor with the pure excitement of what this thing can do! It's like have a full studio in your computer... I do a lot of commercial radio work and production and it has saved me so much time and effort. Digital production at its very best.

Some folk like to put this progam down because of it's slightly cheesey name and non flashy interface. Don't be fooled - this is a serious piece of kit which I couldn't recommend highly enough. This is a premier league editor, used by audio pros all over the place, from the BBC to my home studio!! It is such an easy program to learn, as everything is laid out to be as straight forward as possible. The quality of the audio restoration tools and the countless effects are second to none. Cooledit is a dream to use, its as solid as a rock - it'll return you to the last thing you did if it does for some reason crash. Saying that, I've yet to see that feature in action as it's never crashed on me!! Finally, Cooledit has a great user community who are always willing to help out and answer any questions. If you are thinking of getting into music on your computer then this program is a must!!
