1 Speed Bike, whilst being the side project of Godspeed You Black Emperor!'s percussionist, sounds nothing like godspeed except in spirit. Instead of your usual Constellation Bleakness, you get the emotional soundscapes with drum breaks and huge basslines. this formula seem's to produce a very wide range of beats and breaks, Ranging from the damn fast that would get you going mental in any club. To laid back Experimentalism, which is perfect for the end of an evening.

This album is self indulgence as far as the artist is concearned. but hey, Jimi hendrix was self indulgent at gig's, Your not going to tell him to stop playing that damned racket on that damned guitar.

5 star indulgence.

top class! if you like choppy beats mixed with racous guitars and electronic soundscapes this is for you.. a serious head nodder from start to finish with lashings and lashing of bass!
