As a huge fan of the girls, and especially Ab Fab, I rented this video hoping for some more quality laughs. But what I saw was nothing short of disappointing. Very high-tech and well thought-out as it was, there just weren't that many things to laugh about. That paint business with Dawn was bizarre and overused, the counselling sessions with Jennifer seemed to go on forever, and the chocolate sketch was just not funny. Maybe it was just this night in Bristol, let's hope so... There are better F & S videos to buy than this one. Sorry Girls!

On seeing them at the Liverpool Empire (and meeting them back stage.... which was I might add FANTASTIC)I thought they were truly excellent in their brand new live experience. This video is a must for any F and S fan, in which we are greeted once again by the ladies (just off the contraceptive hour) on FS Home Shopping and the two dithering old ladies (with their blue baby)trying to be extras in Casualty (unluckily rescued, along with Kate Winslow, Leonardo da Vinci, and the make-up artist from the sinking Titanic) You must on all accounts buy this video.. or the CBI (Chocolate Bureau of Investigation) will be in your house with a search warrant..

I was lucky enough to be able to see French and Saunders Live on their opening night in Manchester. I constantly laughed all the way through, I must say the dance Dawn did was the best!
