This is the kick in the pants Celtic music has needed for the new millenium.More rhythmic than the previous two fabulous 5 star albums of MB's,but not as melodic,but riveting listening nonetheless.To me,there are influences of Holger Czukays "Movies" interspersed with Jon Hassells' "City-Works of Fiction" albums,literally kebabbed in a Celtic wrapper driven by an hypnotic pulsing beat.Now I can't wait to see these perform "Live".Buy,Buy,Buy......

What can I say, Martyn Bennett keeps getting better and better. In this album, he moves more in to a sort of drum and bass style, with the beat more to the fore. That said, he manages to mix electronic and acoustic together to make a really lively up beat sound to enjoy
