This is one of the best fights i have ever seen, there is no commentry but the sound quality is good enough to hear the fighters talking through their gum-shields mid fight. The picture quality looks like its straight from the 70's, no effort to clean it up to todays standard.
You get to see the entire fight plus some footage of the build-up as well.

I've seen many clips from this fight as I'm a huge Ali fan. The problem I have with it is that there's no commentry or sound, just a faint murmur from the audience. Its probably the same as being at the fight but it just didn't do it for me, I was bored senseless for an hour! A great reminder why we have sports commentators but an anti-climax to what is supposedly one of the greatest fights of alltime. Get Champions Forever instead, a fantastic DVD.

More than 300 million people watched it. Some have called it 'the greatest fight since Cane and Able'. This, the first World Championship fight between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier, was packed with controversy.

This programme contains the full fight and brilliantly captures the atmosphere of the time. Ali and Frazier battle it out before they can even get into the ring, fulled by the press and publicists.Watched by a knowledgeable celebrity audience, arguably the two best heavyweights the world has ever seen, draw on their skill, courage and determination to produce the fight of the century.

This was a brutal, tough fight. Watch and be dazzled by Ali's skill against Frazier's sheer stubborn aggression. the excitement is electric!
