I have played many fighting games, and this is the only one which you do seem to have control over, great characters, great moves, has long term playability - If you only ever get one fighting game for the Playstation, this has to be it.

Tekken 2 is one of the greatest 3d beat em ups to ever hit any console.
The music and sound in this game are superb every arena has the best music to suit the mood of the scenery around you.

In my opinion Tekken 2 also has the best line up of characters the cast this time round are:
Yoshimitsu/Kunimitsu
Jun/Wang
Nina/Anna
King/Armor King
HeiHachi/Lee
Kazuya
Devil/Angel
Alex/Roger
Jack 2/P-Jack
Michelle/Ganryu
Lei/Buce
Law/Baek
Paul/Kuma

The graphics are pretty dated compared to the likes of Tekken 5 but the gameplay really makes up for it with even game speed and easy controls with a load of easy to pull of moves and combos for each fighter.

Unfortunatley most people these days prefer graphics to good gameplay I actually play older games more than I do ps3 games because the design is way better than some of the new stuff.

Tekken 2 is also availible on Tekken 5 as a bonus but its the arcade alone version and the music and some sound effects are pretty poor compared to the psone release.

Tekken 2 is great for multiplayer and has alo of replay value and at the price being offerd youd be mad to say no.

Tekken 2 is a Legend.

This is the second installment of the lengendary 'Tekken' series. Not only is this one a big step up from the first in graphics, but also in gameplay, as we get to see some familiar faces including King and Paul, and we also see some new faces knocking about including Jun and Law.

As before the general story line is the same. You pick your character from the list and use them to fight your way through the tornament. When you have completed it, you unlock a sub-boss who you can also use to fight your way to the top.

Overall a great game in terms of graphics and gameplay but if you want somthing even better, then i recommend the latest in the 'Tekken' series. However if you have decided to start the series from the beggining, then you can't really go wrong with game. In fact, you will wonder where all the time has gone too by the time you come off it.
