5.0 out of 5 stars Guilty As Charged 2000, 11 Mar 2003
The event starts off with a short match between Mikey Whipwreck vs CW Anderson. Mikey takes a hell of a bump at the beginning. 7/10

The next match is a six person tag match. A good match with some good moves. 7/10

Then it's match of the night. Tajiri & Super Crazy vs Little Guido & Jerry Lynn.Great high flying moves and mat wrestling. 10/10

Angel vs New Jack is King Of The Streets matchup. It's very violent but not very entertaining. 5/10

RVD vs Sabu. Just beaten by the tag match for match of the night.
Great high flying moves hear and great uses of chairs and tables. 9/10

Impact Players vs Tommy Dreamer & Raven. A great brawl at the start and some hard chair a kendo sticks shots. 8/10

Little Spike Dudley vs Mike Awesome. A splinter fest main event. Spike takes a hell of a beating and bleeds a lot. 8/10

Overall a great event. Dream Partner match, RVD/Sabu match & Spike/Awesome matches are the best. The rest of them range from medium to excellent. Buy it.

5.0 out of 5 stars A total mismatch for the world title!, 10 Nov 2000
By A Customer
This is the first ppv for ecw of 2000! the first two match's are good and set a standard for the rest of the card. But the dream partner match with tajiri and ? vs. little Guido and ? is match of the night! but the show is'nt over yet you still got Angel vs. New Jack in a weapons match and the Impact players vs. Raven and Tommy Dreamer. Then after that you have two of the greatest matchs in ecw history left Rob Van Dam vs.Sabu in a great stunt show like match then you have the main event of the show Spike Dudley vs. Mike Awesome in a table infested mismatch for the ecw championship. ...This is ecw at it's best!

4.0 out of 5 stars 3 classic matches, 24 Jun 2004
Every match on this video doesn't set the world alight, but there isn't a particularly bad match either. There are 3 outstanding matches here that are quite diverse and all deserve a special mention:

The first being an unlikely tag match, Teaming arch enemies Tajiri and Super Crazy, against Little Guido and Jerry Lynn, this match doesn't need tables and chairs. The blistering pace, countless reversals and unpredictable finish, make this a pure wrestling match and a very enjoyable one at that.

Rob Van Dam vs Sabu is a battle between the companies big 2, and this match is a show case for both men's innovated use of chairs and tables. But don't get me wrong this match doesn't solely rely on the use of weapons (like Nu Jacks match does), it is a well executed, high flying wrestling match that uses the chairs and tables intelligently to add an extra dimension. A decent pace, the impressive improvisational use of the furniture and high flying moves make this a very entertaining match. This is what ECW was invented for!

The main event between monstrous Mike Awesome and little Spike Dudley doesn't sound like a fair match up, and it isn't! I don't think I have ever seen so many tables broken in one match! But again, this match doesn't just rely on destroying furniture; there is wrestling and a story to back it up. It is genuinely compelling to see massive underdog Spike defying the odds to hang in there with Awesome. The underdog angle makes this a genuinely enthralling match that has some truly spectacular table breaks.

The tag title match between The Impact Players and Raven /Tommy Dreamer, also deserves a brief mention as it is an entertaining match, without being anything special.

This is a ECW video that gets the balance of wrestling and hardcore action just right for maximum entertainment. It is true that there are ECW events were the overall quality is more constant than this one, but the 3 matches mentioned above equal anything on any other ECW event and well make this video worth a look.
