3.0 out of 5 stars HELLO JOE AND THAT'S ALL!, 11 Oct 2000
By A Customer
Another Marx Brothers film that suffers because the Producers put 'other'actors in it ! The Brothers scenes are all funny, but you end up fast forwarding to get to them. This is my favourite 'Chico' film as he has some great scenes. Rushing through through the circus grounds to talk to his boss about getting some time off to attend to his divorce. Sending for and then keeping 'Loophole' off the train and again the midget and the cigar routine are classic Chico. 'At the Circus' appeared after ADATR & ANATO and it would be difficult to live up the standards of those two classics. However if you ever get the blues on a wintery Sunday afternoon this will bring a smile.

4.0 out of 5 stars A classic Marx Brothers film, 25 Dec 2004
By A Customer
Although this is one of the lesser known Marx Brothers films, it contains soem of their best routines ever. Groucho's musical interlude 'lydia the tattoed lady' is probably the best song out of all of the films where Groucho sings (although that might not be saying much!) and Harpo and Chico's bedroom scene with the strongman is hilarious.
