5.0 out of 5 stars Makes Tai Chi available to all, 9 Sep 2000
Although it is most important to learn Tai Chi Chuan from a good instructor, this video is one of the best instructional tapes around. It is professionaly produced featuring students of Dr Paul Lam, many of whom are older. Front and rear veiws make the form easy to follow. It is a shortened Sun Style form and the video also includes general information about arthritis and exercise from leading medical professionals. A good introduction and evidence that Tai chi can be practised by justa bout anyone.

This video, like all Dr Paul Lam's videos, is the nearest you will get to having one-to-one tuition from a master! He takes time to show each move in detail so you can really understand the form and what you are achieving. It is simply a 5 star plus production.
