5.0 out of 5 stars a record of great worth that deserves to be heard, 20 Nov 2000
By A Customer
joseph arthur should be hailed for his lyrics. moving sentiments along with music that moves, makes this record truly worthwhile. from the anger of 'creation or stain', to the pain of missing someone on 'ashes everywhere', it hits the right spot everytime.

One amazing album. From the first song On the Sun to the last you will be taken on the biggest musical rollercoaster ride of your life. Never have i heard so many emotions in one album.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing, mind blowing album!, 22 Oct 2005
By A Customer
This album is probably one of the best albums i have ever come across, joseph arthur himself is one of the bset musical talents around. All of the tracks on this album are simply amazing and so though provoking as you almost get completely lost in the lyrics of his songs. All the tunes are enjoyable but his 'in the sun' track is my absolute favourite not just on the album but in general. It is a fantastic track, one which once you have heard you can never get out of your head! Absolutely amazing album!

2.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy albums on the strength of one song from an advert
As per one of the previous reviewers I was really disappointed with this album. 'In the sun' from the tv advert is a really good song but after track 1 it's rapidly downhill for... Read more

2.0 out of 5 stars Come to where I'm from? No thanks...
I bought this album full of hope buoyed by the encouraging sound of an album track that featured on a perfume advert. Usually impulse buys come up trumps. This didn't. Read more
