Being a new mother at the age of 35 I realised that when I take my daughter to school,I will be the big 40!So when I spotted Eva's video I had to have it(just like when a woman wants a chocolate bar).At first I felt a bit daft especially when my husband was watching, and my 7 month old daughter thought it was hysterical.After a few weeks though my face feels and looks a whole lot better.The chin I aquired during my pregnancy has just about disappeared and I keep my daughter amused at the same time (in 5 years time she will be sitting in a classroom doing the facial workout).So if you need to get that frown off your face,or to get rid of that extra chin you never invited to stay,that no amount of make-up can hide or tilting you head up, mostly because you will fall over and hurt yourself trust me.You will knock years off your face(no pain involved) and if anyone takes your photo you will look at those photos and not once will that famous phrase "look at my double chin" pass your lips!So do Eva(the Billy Blanks of facial workout)you will be totally amazed at the results.I now know that I will look younger than some of those younger mothers in the 5 years to come thanks to Eva(my daughter will probaply have the face of a 3 year old when she starts school, if she keeps trying to copy her mummy!)So go on give it a try!!

The video is very well done: the exercise routine is easy to follow, and each step is very clearly explained by Fraser and then demonstrated by the model. Enjoyable and effective, the exercise on the this tape really works. Immediate results range from a luminous skin complexion, to a younger and more toned look. I'd like to look as good as Fraser when I'm her age!

This is the best exercise video for the face on the market. I was amazed with the results. All my friends say I look so much better and it is as if I have had a face lift only better.
