This is nicely produced video with tasteful scenes of mature couples enjoying themselves.
The discussions with 'experts' and the couples themselves is sort of informative in a general kind of way - but very very American - so it's a bit hard to take the advice too seriously. If you'd like really good advice on mature sexuality, it's probably better to buy a book.
Still, the couples are nice to look at.

I am 23 years old and i found this guide to be very intriguing as its not only intended for people of the age of 40 but for any person in general who wants to expand his horizons in sex.Some good technics to work on as well as lots of ideas that had never crossed my mind!After learning the guide and putting it to "work" you ll be able to experience every benefit and pleasure this guide has to offer.Thumbs Up

i like this guide because i am a man of 50 years old and my sex life is really weak and for me to save my marriage i order this guide.
