I borrowed this video from the library when I was on one of my (many) stop-smoking campaigns. I was so impressed that I have bought my own copy and have not smoked since.
This video is a valuable tool when you are trying to kick the habit and works well, even for the most sceptical of people.
As well as the hypnosis, it contains loads of practical tips - different to those you would usually get from other sources. You will not be lectured on how much money you will save, and how much healthier you will feel - information given by other videos and books which doesn't really help you to deal with your cravings.
As an alternative you will be taught "tricks" to use when you have a craving and positive ways to deal with stressful situations that may trigger a craving.
The actually hypnotherapy part feels a bit corny when you are watching it - the first time I felt like laughing. I was, however, fast asleep by the end of the video! Its quite bizarre how this part can work without actually having to make any effort!
As with all tools to help you stop smoking you have to actually WANT to stop or it WILL NOT WORK.
This video, however, is helpful whether you use it on its own or along with other stop smoking aids and I would recommend you give it a try.

I've been trying and failing to stop smoking for months, but every time I have a drink or two and somebody lights up, it's been back down the slippery slope. I was not optimistic when I settled down to watch this, and even though I drifted off into a very pleasant dozy state, was pretty sceptical when it finished. But... I haven't had a fag since ( 10 days ) and haven't even felt really tempted. I watch the tape every day for about 20 minutes. It's a very relaxing and enjoyable and seems to have taken away all desire and cravings for cigarettes, even when everyone else at the party is puffing away! Long may it last.......
