2.0 out of 5 stars A disappointment., 16 Jan 2001
Being a keen biker myself, and having about 15 bike videos in my collection, i have to say Video Nasty 3 is a real disapointment. I just found it plain boring. No action, and you just see the testers driving white vans for most of the film. If you compare it to the fastbikes "pulp friction" films, where they too went to south of france, they are far more exciting. They ride the bikes there, and give them a serious thrashing on the streets as well as the track. I see and do far more exciting stuff on my daily comute to work on my bikes than is shown in this video... long wheelies, pegs down, kneesliders sparking, psycho overtaking... are all things this video lacks. Even compared to the 1st 2 PB films, this doesnt match. Although, Ronnie & Gus`s humour really shone through, and its a shame that the film wasnt made much better.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice bikes, short vid., 16 Oct 2000
By A Customer
Much better quality than the first in the series (haven't seen the second), but much less content. The premise of the video is testing four hot bikes first on a track then riding across France (interesting the GSX-R750 came second to the R1 this time around - they voted the R1 second to the GSX recently in a similar PB test). There's some track footage and a few reader's vids but the majority of the vid is split between Ronnie and Gus avin-a-larf, and some entertaining lunacy on the road - there's also an unintentional "suprise ending". I wouldn't rate this as an all out must buy bike vid as it seems to finish way too quickly, but if you really like PB magazine, or have any (or want any) of the bikes they show (916, GSXeR, R1 and a ZX6R).
