This compilation is a 'must-have' for anyone who enjoys great slapstick comedy - truly some of the comic duo's greatest moments. In Helpmates, Ollie throws a wild party while his wife is away, and makes the mistake of calling Stan round to help clear up... with disastrous and hilarious consequences for Ollie's house and marriage! Busy Bodies expoits to the full the comic possibilities of the duo at large in a carpentry factory, and contains such memorable scenes as their car being sawn in two. Sheer comic genius. Towed in A Hole also contains some good scenes, if perhaps not quite as great as the other two.

I remember watching these black & white 20 minute short movies on TV as a child and laughing my socks off. 40 years on and they have not lost their sparkle with the passage of time. Now my own kids are howling and laughing at their antics. The videos have been digitally enhanced so the quality is excellent. They are now pride of my video collection and when I am feeling low, I reach for this video to cheer me up.
