5.0 out of 5 stars A Nice Christmas film., 23 Oct 2002

(REAL NAME)
Olivia Newton John Plays Julia StoneCypher a single mom struggling to raise her two young daughters after her husband's tragic death.
Unfortunately she's in debt and when the vice president of the bank comes to tell her that her home is being re-possessed she thinks her luck cannot get any worse.
It does when he gets involved in a car accident while trying to leave her home and the bad weather means that he is stranded at her home.
Although she wants to hate him Julia finds herself falling in love with him.
When the snow melts will he stay with her or will it be just a christmas romance?
A very funny and feel good christmas film.
Olivia stars alongside her real life daughter Chloe in this film.
If you are an olivia fan you need to add this to your collection.

4.0 out of 5 stars heart-warming christmas romantic comedy with an edge, 4 Jun 2004
Olivia Newton John gives us yet another charming christmas film, this time playing single mum Julia Stonecypher. Julia is up to her eyeballs in debt, struggling to cope raising her two young daughters without her husband, who has recently passed away. As a ruthless bayliff (Gregory Harrison) Is coming to snatch away her possesions leaving her and her kids homeless, for a while it looks like no christmas good will will come her way this year....

Until the debt collector gets injured in a snowstorm, and a bond forms between him and Julia.

There is also some very good acting from the children, ONJ's real-life daughter Chloe Lattanzi, who plays eldest daughter Deenie, and little Stephanie Sawyer who plays Emily Rose, now a huge child movie star. The scene where the two try to comfort their mum after she recieves the bad news is too touching for words.

I'd recmend this to anyone who wants a heatt-warming christmas family film.

The only thing that saves this film from being a total flop is the lovely soundtrack. Yes, it is a good "Family" movie, it would be nice to watch it during the Christmas... Read more
