In this video, Elle works out with world renowned fitness expert, Karen Voight. I am a huge fan of Karen Voight and know from experience that you get fabulous results with everything she produces and this was definitely my main reason for buying this video. This video combines equal segments of easy-to-follow low-impact aerobic routines with simple yet effective toning exercises. Elle's physique is amazing and luckily for her, she doesn't need to work very hard to get results! She appears to be a very relaxed, fun character and is not at all intimidating but makes a huge effort to make you genuinely feel at ease. In comparison with Karen's usual style, I would definitely say that this video has been modified for all fitness levels. It's not suitable for a complete beginner but with patience, you will pick it up in no time as the first time is always the hardest! Advanced exercisers - although this may appear not to be challening enough, you will still appreciate the benefits. In terms of equipment you need a chair, some hand weights (2-5lbs) and a mat for the floor work. Elle and Karen appear to be having fun whilst they are doing this video and this certainly comes across. The video is shot on a gorgeous location and the music is great too. I think these two make a great duo and this is definitely one for your collection as it is full of motivation to get you started and is most importantly, effective!

This video has helped me lose 2 stone in the last 3 months! Have tried many other videos but none come close to this one for an excellent mix of aerobics and toning exercises with no part of the body forgotten. Afterwards you really feel like you have had a great workout without feeling too tested or too bored like so many other aerobics videos I have tried.A definite 'must buy' for anyone trying to lose weight.

This was the first ever fitness video I tried after I decided to lose weight. This was 2 years ago.
For a beginner, this workout really is tough. The whole video from warmup until cooldown lasts about 50 minutes, so you really work out!
But after doing this video for some weeks, every day, I was really getting fit but more importantly, I lost a lot of weight!

I didn't give this video 5 stars because I think the aerobics sections are a bit dull. But the toning sections really make up for it. Especially the upper body workout is really tough and really helps tone your arms!

Even though I've had this video for 2 years, I still use it now and then, which I can't say for any other video I've had since the beginning.

If you want to lose weight, tone your body and become very fit, this video is perfect for you!
