Strange acting, cheap production, not that much different from pre Hollywood stardom Jackie Chan, Chow Yun Fat and John Woo Hong Kong films. What makes up for it is the good plot twist and 2 bumbling cops who team up with martial arts expert FBI agent Cynthia Rothrock.

This is an average movie as far as Hong Kong martial arts movies go. The final fighting scene was not as long as it could of been considering that the two fighters seemed to be pretty good. The acting of the entire cast is quite poor, throughout the movie. The ending did set the scene for a sequel, which, after this movie I don't think there is going to be one.

Dodgy acting and cheap production, not that much different to pre Hollywood stardom Jackie Chan, Chow Yun Fat and John Woo Hong Kong films. The script, storyline, comedy elements of the two bumbling Hong Kong cops who team up with FBI agent Cynthia Rothrock and her excellent fight scenes more than make up for it.
