5.0 out of 5 stars Meet The Feebles, 30 Nov 2002
If you love Peter Jacksons previous work, this is an absolute must for you.
This is really the sickest, goriest muppet show you will ever see.
Based behind the scenes of a new light entertainment show, it is involved with the politics, backbiting, and bitchieness of the stars, and production staff. This is interspersed with sick songs(watch for the sodomy song), and general gross goings on throughout.
As with many of Jacksons early works, it ends with a high body count, gory finale, as the love lorn female lead of the show goes on the rampage with an automatic weapon.

"Hell hath no fury like a hippo with a sub-machine gun"

5.0 out of 5 stars Unique, 10 April 2003
Peter Jackson may now be getting justifiable recognition for the Lord of the Rings but this, the third in a very loose and unofficial trilogy shows the genius of the man. Following on the traditions of Bad Taste and Braindead this film is sick, hilarious, derivative and ultimately the best film of it's type - whatever that may be.

It's hard to compare this film with anything, at the time it was described as the Muppets on acid which is pretty accurate but add in a bit of Goldfinger, the Deer Hunter, a ton of gore, a hint of music hall, a heavy twist of perversion and everything left on the floor from the video nasties of the 80's. Mix it into something absolutely hilarious and you'll be getting close. I can't do this film justice by writing about it, see it for yourself.

5.0 out of 5 stars The legend that is Peter Jackson..., 9 Feb 2004
Movies of the quality of meet the feebles are rare

Made back in the good old days before Peter Jackson had a budget a 1000 time his country's GDP, he made three amazing films, the other two being Bad Taste and Braindead. Ive already written glowing reviews of those two and the same must be done here...

MTF is an absolute classic. Great performances from all the puppets, great characters - including some shocking sterotypes - and endlessly amusing and so rude

Seen it so many times an yet it never fails to crack me up. Really keen to buy it...highly recommended for any Peter Jackson fan, especially in his early years

VERY COOL - Worthy of 5 stars
