5.0 out of 5 stars Marilyn being wonderful, 7 Oct 2002
By A Customer
This is probably the most touching documentary I have every seen about Marilyn, and although it doesn't cover the usual information about her upbringing and path to fame, it gives you a true sense of the real woman as a human being. In one of the out-takes where her character sees her children for the first time in 5 years, you can almost read every emotion she is feeling and hear every thought in her head, (makes me cry EVERY time!) If you were ever in any doubt about Marilyn Monroe being one of the greatest performers of all time, this will prove beyond anything how important and special this amazing woman was....and will continue to be.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Video to Treasure..., 14 Dec 2000
This is an excellent video showing Marilyn at "work" in April 1962. The video shows us out-takes of Marilyn making a film; take after take; with the narrator stating that although she was fired from the film, she was offered the part again and was due to start work again the following September. These out-takes capture a truly beautiful and yet, almost surrealistic presence of Marilyn. A well made video which in my opinion, is definately one for Marilyn Monroe fans everywhere to treasure.
