4.0 out of 5 stars Very good video for guitar beginners, 13 Dec 2000
By A Customer
This video is aimed at those people who are picking up a guitar for the first time. It goes through the parts of the guitar and tuning methods before going on to how to play various styles. It is suitable for both acoustic and electric guitars. The basics of each playing style is covered eg chords, figer plucking, 12 bar blues, soloing etc and it is done at a slow enough pace for the very biginners. It is one of those videos that you should watch part of it then go away and practice until you are confident and then return to learn the next part. It will give the viewer a good basic knowledge of all the different styles of play and should give him/her the basics to go on to develop good guita skills
