5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best live gig vids I've ever seen, 17 May 2003
I loved this video when I first saw it in the Eighties. I am lucky to have experienced Siouxsie and the Banshees live at a number of gigs, and though I did not attend the Royal Albert Hall this video is the next best thing.
The atmosphere captured by the moviemakers from the opening scene of fans entering the Royal Albert Hall, the first beat through to the climax is just awesome. The bead of Sweat (or is it a tear?) on Siouxsies cheek as she sings Melt (my Lover melt) is a moment to treasure. Robert Smith is excellent on guitar and along with Budgies extraordinary rhythms and Severins Bass work the whole band create an audiological work of art. I want own this on DVD and I eagerly await for it's release (DTS audio would be the icing on the cake).

4.0 out of 5 stars The Banshees at their best, 17 Sep 2000
