It starts with a booming track from AC/DC and doesnt let up from there. You have a great Megadeth track "Angry Again" The Def Leopard and Aerosmith Tracks are great ballads. But my personal favourites are "Real World" by Queenrysche and the pop rock gem "Last action hero" by Tesla.
Buy it now or you will be making a "BIG MISTAKE!!!!"

Bought this album many years ago and it had a serious impact on my musical interests of the next few years. Anthrax's Poison My Eyes is particularly good and Aerosmith's live version of Dream On is quite incredible. The 2 songs from Alice in Chains are as good as you'd expect. Of the others, Megadeth's Angry Again is good but most of the others are fairly mediocre.

If you liked the film and you like music like alice in chains buy this now.It is absolutely fantastic. Anthrax, megadeath and alice in chains should be enough to make you buy and the other bands on the album are great as well. I would say it is better than the film and even if you don't like the film this is a great soundtrack and well worth the money. The only problem i found with was there wasn't enough songs. this is a fine piece of work.
