I bought this CD in Austria (before becoming an Amazon customer) in the period that Falco met his untimely death.

At the time and even now I find the title track haunting. Was this Falco's cry for help? (the track includes a line, which translated means 'must I die, to live').

The rest of the music is varied in style and much less "dark". There are a couple of tracks I don't often listen to, but the rest of the CD is representative of Falco's standard, with intelligent lyrics and memorable music.
