A Classic album from the duo who have been part of Elliott Smith's backing band. Sixties influences shine through Sam Coomes' songs, with a simple blend of guitars, keyboards and strings. While there is a lo-fi feel to this album, this by no means reflects the arrangement of the songs.

Late Beatles, Beach Boys and Elliott Smith (who appears on 3 songs) can be heard when listening to the album. The stand out tracks being 'All the same', 'Under a Cloud' and 'Smile'. Undoubtably Quasi's best album to date. Another great release from Domino. I would also recommend their previous album, 'Featuring Birds'
