5.0 out of 5 stars Simply Stunning, 18 Oct 2002
By A Customer
This CD represents a major advance in understanding mediaeval harp music and demonstrates how full of vitality, joy and skill early music can be. Bill Taylor is an exquisite player, bringing a depth and strength to the bray harp (not quite sitar, not quite guitar - altogether better) often lacking in more traditionally 'feminine' sounding harp music and technique. I have listened to this CD many times and it just keeps surprising me. A must have for all those interested in traditional or early music or even 'world' music, since this definitely qualifies!
