5.0 out of 5 stars summer go-happy cd, 2 Mar 2002
By A Customer
I've only just been re-united with dodgy and they're as good as remembered. I used to love 'Good Enough' from my school years and reminds of sunny days everytime I play it. I took it round my college and everyone remembered and loved it then and now but no one actually had the CD. If you like the Beatles, possibly Feeder or just a classic go - happy summer cd, this ones for you!

4.0 out of 5 stars Proof that Dodgy were fantastic., 11 Oct 1999
By A Customer
I think 'Staying out for the Summer' first got released during my last university summer - so I always associate it with my other lazy-student memories! Loads of other tracks on this CD have the same effect - 'Good Enough', 'Melodies Haunt You' and 'Making the Most of' trigger the same positive reminiscence. So why did their singer have to leave? Dodgy wouldn't be the same with a different vocalist.

5.0 out of 5 stars not at all dodgy - a risk free-purchase, 27 Dec 2006

"Oasis sound like the Beatles" - no they don't - BUT DODGY DO !!!!!!
Buy this album (probably available now for a fiver) and you will wonder why they were not one of the biggest bands of the 1990s. For some reason they weren't and are now largely forgotten apart from ~Good Enough - their biggest hit. This album contains a dozen fantastic songs as good as anything produced by the bigger Britpop bands - melodic but with real edge. Buy this if you like the Beatles and the Who - you won't be disappointed!
