Sure, everyone's opinion of a good CD varies, but I rate a *best* CD as one which when you're thumbing through the collection, you always want to pull it out and listen to it.

This is a fabulously relaxing collection of best quality British folk music - not too modern, and not too traditional. Stop reading this review and buy it!

The album is a wonderful combination of song, riddle and spoken verse about trees. I first came across it in 1994, while sharing a house with a friend who was really 'into' the Albion Band, and loved it immediately. Judy Dunlop has a beautiful voice, well suited to the material. Just listening to some of the songs on the album gives me goosepimples, or moves me to tears.
