I just read a review in Opera Quarterly that says "Bruce Ford's performance is the most magnificent recorded display of vocal prowess by a tenor in a bel canto opera in at least twenty years", so I bought it,and I can only agree. How does he do it. Everyone else is great too, this is a wonderful opera and a great recording with a beautiful book full of interesting information.
