I wasn't expecting this album to be playing in my CD every second of the day but it has really surprised me. Kylie shows just what a talented singer and artist she is and hopefully gets the credit she deserves with this her finest album since 'Rhythm of love' from 1990. Standout tracks are almost all of them, every song could be a single release. My favourites are 'Fever' - it takes me back to the 80's and reminds me of the era and the 80's sound I love, Burning up - I thought it might be a cover of Madonnas 1982 single but it is completely different, starts out like a New Radicals song but then gets back to the funk - such a cool track, and of course 'can't get you out of my head' - Kylie is Miss Pop Icon!
Its also interesting to see the one time pop singer Cathy Dennis in the song credits - kind of ironic that in her day she was battling it out with Kylie for chart supremacy and now she is writing Kylies songs?

This is a very good remix album.I have reviewed greatest remix hits 1 and said that it was the best of the collection but i think this one is just as good!!This one has the most disco and dance but it also has some beautiful ballads such as Especially for you and no world without you and also has some really chilled out remixes such as the 2 word is out remixes.Anyways,
Disc 1 really kicks the album off it's better the devil you know
(movers and shakers)(10/10)Track 2 is the rare song to The locomotion(Chugga motion)(10/10)Very good remix and very cacthy dance tune,it's AMAZING!!No. 3 is a previously unavailable track and it's new-"glad to be alive" is about troubles and how they'll work themselves out(10/10)The next track is the master mix of the locomotion.(9/10)This is good but can get very tiring as it's 9m 14s long.No.5 is one of my fave kylie songs,it may not be the best remix on here but it's definately one of the best songs.The song is called "Hand on your heart",i'm sure you'll have all heard of it.(10/10)Step back in time(Harding curnow)is the remix to track 6.One of the finest mixes.It is also very laid back.(10/10)Number 7 is what do i have to do and is the 12"(10/10)Again one of the finest mixes on here.Track 8 is a dub version of word is out.A very chilled out remix but you may also find yourself up on the dancefloor when it comes on,srange isn't it.(9/10)With the shortest track on the whole 2 discs being No. 9 it is No world without you and it is a beautiful ballad.(9/10)(The song only lasts for 2m 53s)A rave remix would do nicely for the end of disc 1 and thats what we have here.(10/10)By the way the song is Do You Dare?

Disc 2 is the better of this album.(Well anyway thats what i think)Instead of a really clubby dancey song we have a ballad to start off our disc 2-"Especially for you"with Jason Donavon.The remix is just the 12" but really well done.It sounds fresher clearer and more lively than the original version(10/10)Number 2 is the yo yo's 12" of the kylie classic,"wouldn't change a thing"(10/10)No. 3 is the oz tour version of Never too late.This is excellent and very different(10/10)The 4th remix on disc 2 is another remix for better the devil you know,not as good as the remix on disc 1 but brilliant!!!(10/10)Another remix to "step back in time"for track 5 here and also another 12" a fine remix of disco beats.Number 6 is a very unusual track with a rap.It's about girls having more than 1 guy-it was titled one boy girl.(10/10)Very good.Word is out is the next remix,another chilled out mix(summer breeze 12")(10/10)Tracks 8&9 are just the best!!!
Track 8 is Live and learn(10/10)and track 9 is Right here Right now(10/10)No. 10 is "Finer Feelings" a nice dub but it has all of kylie's vocals in it(10/10)This song is also a ballad.
Track 11-Celebration.WHAT A MASTERPIECE OH MY GOD!!just like the kylie classic-"can't get you out of my head" For the last single of the PWL Label i'm was very suprised it reached No. 20!!!(10/10)

Go ahead,Treat yourself.

Don't get me wrong, i like the woman, but they keep on pumping out the same old stuff, i've got loads of these cd's now and most of them have got the same songs on, it's Kylie so i forgive you.
