Whether or not you're a hardcore blur fan, if you find this album get it. It has got some awesome b-sides from Leisure to parklife, for example, day upon day Live, proves live can be good as studio when it comes to blur, Es Schmecht, a great track, Maggie may, blurs only cover song, (it's by Rod stewart),
fried, from the punk side of blur, recorded in the Seymour days and bank holiday, a bunch of japanese tourist singing and playing their kazoos to Commercail break, bank holiday and Lot 105. Buy it.

Don't let yourself be drawn into the trap of thinking that this is an album of rarities, it is merely a selection of B-Sides from the groups singles. This is by no means the worst album in the world, but we all know that B-sides are B-sides because they weren't good enough for the album. The music is likeable and quirky, but there were too many instrumentals for my liking. Probably a must have if you're a hardcore fan, but others should prepare to be disappointed. Money would be more wisely spent on Blur's A side material.

First up I'm a huge Blur fan. I would not hesitate to give any of their albums apart from the patchy 'Leisure' a comfortable 10/10.

Blur's albums are usually quite long, 14 tracks or even more. So you might think that for their b-sides, they really have to scrape the bottom of the barrel.

And you'd be right. This is an awful cd. I was hoping for Blur's answer to 'the Masterplan', instead this is an 'album' of scuzzy instrumentals and bland lifeless experiments. There isn't a decent melody to be found (apart from maggae may, a cover). And after several listens, all the tracks still sound the same to me.

stick to the brilliant albums proper is my advice to all Blur fans. This one is certainly not welcome in my collection.

this mini album..is one of the best i have ever heard..with its poppy sound and rockNroll rifts this band is the best band from the UK.
