German born Sasha Lappessen, best known as Euro-house artist Sash!, had phenomenal worldwide success in 1997 with a string of catchy pop-house compositions. Sash's distinctive, addictive style joins together synth chords and house melodies with recurring vocal samples. Included on the album are two versions of Sash's first ever recording with earlier collaborators Thomas Ludke and Ralf Kappmeier--"It's My Life". There are also two versions of Sash's follow-up singles, "Encore Une Frois" (the original and the Future Breeze mix) and "Ecuador" (Bruce Wayner Mix and the original). Without a doubt, the best tracks on the album are the four compositions released as singles, but the other album tracks aren't just fillers. The intro track "Mighty Break" and "Hoopster" are just as delicious as any of the hit singles. --John Galilee

I didn't really know what to expect when I purchased this album, It comprised of some of DJ Sash's most popular recordings, Encore Une Fois and Ecuador - Good remixes of these also included by Future Breeze and Bruce Wayne.

Sash has released three original albums and all have been great, but this is probably the best of the lot. It is less commercial than the other albums and some of the tracks (Mighty Break and Ecuador in particular) are truly brilliant. Not everybody will like it but if you like trance and house this album comes strongly recommended. Even if you didn't like some of Sash's later singles because they were too commercial it is worth listening to this album as it is rather different

Probaly best Sash album i own from Greatest hits and Sash life goes on i recon. Defently my favorites out of the three dance/trance people will love this.
