Not the most sophisticated music ever but terrific lively stuff. It would be a shame to judge Boccherini just on the Minuet because the other music especially the guitar music is also great.

Wonderful selection of Boccherini - the pair of CD's have uplifting music, whether it be joyous, or even sublime. Contains some of the favourites, such as his Minuet, but also introduces you to some less well-known but equally brilliant ones. Recommend it to any Boccherini fan - it's also at an exceptionally low price for it's value!
