Firstly may I thank the producer and the bands for this compilation. The bands included are of the highest quality.
Your feet and fingers realy start tapping. My favourite band The Wick Band play 2 dances extremely well. However the best two tracks by this band were to my mind The Fitdee Reel and The Loch Ness Two-step.

I bought this, as I thought I'd lost my original CD and knew I couldn't manage without it! I use it specifically in exercise classes for elderly people, who all love it - very lively and rhythmical. Probably wouldn't appeal to anyone under about 50 though?!
