Produced by James Horner - the man who brought you the soundtrack to the film "Titanic" - this disc succeeds completely in capturing the menace of the movie and the essentially Irish theme that pervades it.

As a writer, I often purchase film soundtrack CDs, simply because their purpose, in creating atmosphere for existing scenes, helps me to get into the mental space of creating fictional scenes of my own.

Thanks to Horner's dark and moody music, mixed with upbeat action sequences and the inclusion of Claddad's "Harry's Theme", I got the inspiration I was looking for.

A great buy for lovers of Horner's movie music and for those interested in the Tom Clancy films in general.
