I've never really been a fan of classical or instrumental music, but this is a good soundtrack. Brings back memories of the early, and best, ER episodes. Now all they need to do is to bring out a new sountrack of the more recent music (namely the music they played during Mark's funeral).

I am a huge ER fan, and trust me. This is not a CD you want to buy. The music is not beautifully tragic, its awfully tragic. If you want it as a trophy then get it, that's why I have it, but it has very low play-a-bility. If you ever wondered why the music on trauma scenes all sounded the same, its because it is ~ this CD proves it! It doesn't stir up memories, because there are so many times it is used over in the show. The best thing on the CD is the theme tune, and as the better version of it only lasts a minute, I really would save your money and buy the book ~ much better value, and there are pictures of Noah Wyle to enjoy to!

I am the biggest ER fan ever and I had to buy the CD! It is fantastic-it brought back the memories of Doug and Carol, Susan and Mark and all the highs and lows that make ER the masterpiece that it is! If you are a true ER fan then you to should but it. Well worth the buy as are the videos and books!!!!

The tracks on the CD are as equal in musical quality as ER is in TV quality. The music is tragic and beatiful, well worth it!
