Truly Wally Badarou was one (and still is) of the 80's great synthesizer pioneers, but whereas Jan Hammer, Thomas Dolby and other synth greats had solo success, Badarou is probably most (or maybe better) known for his work with another great underrated name of the 80's, Level 42, a group who are just now being held up as the legends I personally always thought they were. As it happens I got this CD because on of the tracks (Mambo) features on the GTA: Vice City Stories soundtrack and is, as with many of these tracks, not just laid.back, but a real taste of the moods that Badarou can stir up. A master of texture and an example of style over flash, this isn't the bombast of Hammer or the quirk of Dolby but much more relaxed and great for driving along to.

This is 1 of the master piece of Mr W. Badarou
Truely recommended this Cd just 2 listen Hi life, voices or rain which R really stunning sound.
