This delicate, relaxing music makes good on the album's title MUSIC FOR HEALING. Like Eric Satie, Stephen Rhodes uses simple, repetitive piano patterns to induce hypnotic states of tranquility (especially on the first three tracks: "Angel of Healing", "Angelic Love", and "Divine Surrender"). Rhodesalso employs synthesizer to create ambient atmospheres ("Prayer Garden"), which fit surprisingly well alongside the piano pieces. Overall, the music is wistful, airy, and deeply soothing, making MUSIC FOR HEALING a good soundtrack choice for yoga, deep meditation, or simply unwinding after work.

Having fairly recently become a Reiki Practitioner I was looking for appropriate music to play during treatments. I was lucky enough to find Music for Healing on my first search and from day one I have used it when doing Reiki - and that is every day of life, at least once a day.I am sure I will wear it out it is so well played. Every client has commented on how beautiful, soothing and relaxing it is. I just have to switch it on and I immediately switch off into a state of real relaxation. I frequently travel by train and Music for Healing always goes with me - it has become my best friend!
