Basically a very superficial guide. Not much of any use in here, I bought it as a specific Sabah guide but the Lonely Planet and Rough guides to Malaysia are far better in their coverage. Focuses almost entirely on Kota Kinabalu but it is poor even there. The one restaurant recommendation I tried to follow had closed 'ages ago' according to the locals, because it was not very good and over priced. Really not worth your money.
