I originally purchased this book for my Sri Lankan mother, who has been living in this country for many years now. She was looking for a dictionary that she could use as a reference when she forgot some tamil words.

The book arrived quickly however it did have some faults:
1.) The first, and most noticable, was the print. It's quality fluctuated througout the entire dictionary. Whilst some pages had very bold print, other pages had very faint & fine print which made it slightly troubling for my mother to read.
2.) The second was the depth of vocabulary listed. Although it feature many words it still managed to miss out some basic and common words.

Just echoing the sentiments of the other reviewer - the print quality is variable throughout the book, which may make it difficult to read, especially if someone has poor eyesight.
