5.0 out of 5 stars Great, 20 Nov 2003

This book is great and I use it all the time even when I'm not drawing manga style drawings, its great help when Im also drawing city scapes for my art projects. It explains 1,2 and 3 point perspective so simply that any one could pick up on how to use these techniques in no time at all
A Good buy for everyone interested in graphics or manga

5.0 out of 5 stars This will help with drawing backgrounds, 10 Oct 2007
By J. Goddin "jim38229" (South East England) - See all my reviews

This is a methodical and logical approach to getting your backgrounds looking correct. It covers all aspects of perspective plus many other useful techniques like drawing curved roads and slopes, and realistic placement of your subjects within a scene.

I've found backgrounds tricky in the past, but this book has given me the confidence to have a go at more ambitious pictures.

I thoroughly recommend it.
