Spanish Artist Francisco Goyadoes a series of 90 etchings of the Spanish Civil war portraying the brutalitites that are inherant in warfare. Jake and Dinos Chapman, after having their work bought for £500,000 by Charles Saatchi purchase an original set of Goya's 'Disasters of War' for £25,000. they go about systematically replacing figures heads with deranged clown,dog,horse,baby heads and finally end up printing this book for £24 a pop and the re-worked etchings for £150,000.

Why is this so impressive?

they mix art with business and pull both off magnificantly. this is the comprehensive collection of this piece of work bound in a huge coffee table sized book. wonderful work. a truly great collection.
