Product Description

This conference on the Rheology of Polymer Systems was held at the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic in Prague from 19–22nd July 1999, as part of the Prague Meetings on Macromolecules sponsored, as usual, by IUPAC. The topics covered included relations between rheological properties and structure of molten polymer systems, advanced rheometry and rheological characterization, interrelations between rheological data measured in various flow fields and progress in the description of complex flow of molten polymer systems. The papers within this volume of Macromolecular Symposia cover a broad range of topics typical of the symposium.
