This internationally unique book for the first time compiles postgraduate and continuing medical education systems as well as public health aspects in Europe in a structured and competent way.

A general introductory section with useful and practical tips is followed by a special country-by-country section, in which the medical education system of each of the 20 European countries is presented.

This great book covers European aspects of medicine, health care systems in other European countries, educational aspects of medicine in Europe, working and training opportunities in other European countries for physicians and medical students, grants and funding for studying/working abroad, European medical organisations, associations, medical bodies and authorities, and much more.

Highly recommended! A must for all internationally minded doctors, students, professors and public health professionals!
