I have 3 of kurmas books and find the recipes easy to follow and it always turnes out perfect. Both savoury and sweet dishes are great. I have used the books so often i will have to soon purchase more copies.

Kurma has put together a superb range of easy to follow recipes covering all tastes, in an easy going style. The recipes are very easy to follow and no matter which recipe I have tried, they have always come out perfectly. If your new to vegetarian cooking or just looking for new ideas, this is a must have book.

Thanks Kurma for a great book, which in our house is very well used by both myself and my wife.
