Love Hina is one of those titles you can't help but compare to others such as Tenchi, Nadesico and Airbats for the simple reason that they all share a very basic theme-a poor, defenceless, timid guy suddenly has his life invaded by a bunch of strange women-most of whom seem to fall in love with him ^^-and his life is generally turned upside down as a result.
Despite this, Love Hina is still a barrel of laughs, and it also has a really sweet side too. ^^
With christmas, and his final exams coming up, Keitaro feels he doesn't deserve to stay at Hinata house and decides to run away.
Unfortunatley, not being too bright, the only place he can think to run to is Tokyo U. With Naru's gentle persuasion, will he finally learn that a place at Tokyo U is just within his grasp?
And will Naru finally admit that she is Keitaro's dream girl from 15 years ago??!! (Don't get your hopes up on that one-it's only volume 2! ^^)
Also, little Shinobu makes a beautiful piece of chocolate for Keitaro on valentines day-but she doesn't bargain on having competition from every other girl at hinata house!!
This book is just as great as volume 1, only perhaps a little less hysterically funny, and a little more hearwarming ^^.
