Product Description

Book Description

Dunnottar Castle is the well-known setting for the novel, Dunnottar. The home of the Keith clan, it is also the home of many secrets--some of the family itself, and some so royal that they affect the history of the entire country of Scotland.

From the Author

Dunnottar was the best-selling title on amazon.com of over 8,000 titles on Scotland for nearly 3 months when it first came out. It is still the author's best-selling book, after 13 additional books have been released. Men and women alike thrive on the fast-paced story of this popular clan. As one reader commented, "It made history come alive to me."

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing, 14 Jan 2009
By SRL (Surrey UK) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Dunnottar (Paperback)
I was very excited to read this book based on the limited information I had about it. I had recently visited Dunnottar and loved the idea of a story to go with it. Instead it is written for at a child's education level, there are typographical errors throughout the book and it is too simply written to be of much interest. I personally was not aware there would be so many religious undertones either. I bought the second book in the trilogy but I am grateful I did not buy the third. Very sadly disappointed.
